We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for most items, in line with our supplier policies. Homeroots products may be returned within 30 days. All items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging

To start a return, email us at sales@tablesandco.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and reason for return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using trackable carriers (USPS Priority, FedEx, UPS).

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 5 days of receiving the item

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will contact the supplier and issue a replacement or refund as applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it's been more than 15 business days, contact us at info@tablesandco.com.
