Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once authorised, the piece must be back with us within a further 15 days.
Changed your mind
- A 15% restocking fee applies, calculated on the item price.
- Return freight is paid by you, quoted at the time of authorisation and deducted from your refund.
- On a large table shipped by freight, these costs are significant. Please measure carefully before you order.
Damaged, defective or the wrong item
- No restocking fee and no return freight. We cover it in full.
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs that include the original packaging.
- Keep all packaging until your inspection is complete.
Refused deliveries
A refused delivery is treated as a change-of-mind return, so both the 15% restocking fee and return freight apply. If you are unsure a piece will fit through your doorway, hallway or stairwell, check the measurements or contact us before you order. We would much rather help you get it right first time.
