Delivery & Inspection

Free freight delivery is included on every order within the contiguous United States.

• Your delivery is scheduled with you. The freight carrier calls ahead to book a delivery window. Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the piece.
• Estimated 7 to 21 business days from dispatch, excluding processing time before the piece leaves the warehouse.
• Delivery is to the kerb or threshold, not into the room of your choice. Larger tables ship crated on a pallet and can weigh between 200 and 850 pounds, so arrange help and clear the route before the truck arrives.
• Measure first. The crate is larger than the table on every dimension. See our guide to measuring doorways, hallways and stairs before you order.

Inspect before the driver leaves

This is the single most important thing you can do on delivery day, and it takes five minutes.

• Open and inspect the piece while the driver is still with you.
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. A delivery signed for as clean is very difficult to claim on afterwards.
• Photograph any damage, and include a photograph showing the original crate or packaging.
• Keep all packaging until your inspection is complete.
• Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged, defective and incorrect items are covered in full. There is no fee and no return freight to pay.
